Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue either by product category or the ailment that you are suffering from, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can also enter the product code or a description of the product you want to buy in the Quick Search box at the bottom left hand side of the website to go straight to that product.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out " and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. At any time you can view what items you have ordered by referring to your Shopping Basket
By selecting the "remember me" option during the order process, our system will store your address and contact details and remember them for your next order. Your credit card details are not retained.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch JCB, American Express and Maestro cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and mail or over the Internet. |
